Music with a place in your program

Tell us what your event needs to achieve: bringing colleagues together, celebrating a milestone or closing a program with music. We will discuss the audience, schedule and atmosphere before recommending DJ and MC coverage.

Work through the run of show

Share the agenda, planned announcements, speaker cues and music preferences. Let us know who approves the program and who will be the day-of contact. Microphone, playback and other technical needs should be confirmed in the agreed scope.

Coordinate the practical details

Include the venue, event hours, expected attendance, load-in restrictions and any venue or vendor requirements. If your organization needs a purchase order, specific billing details or documents, raise those during the inquiry so our team can review them before booking.

A quote your team can review

Your quote will identify the agreed services and pricing for the event. Additional coverage or event extras can be discussed as part of the brief; availability and inclusions are confirmed for your date and location.

Tell us what you are planning

Send your event date, venue or city and a short description of the program. Our team will review the details and follow up about availability. Sending a request does not reserve the date.
