Privacy notice
Effective October 1, 2026. This notice explains how 2DXtreme Events handles information collected through this website and event inquiries.
Contact us about privacy
For questions about your information, or to request access, a correction or deletion, contact our team at info@2dxevents.com.
Information you provide
When you inquire, we collect your name, email address, event type, venue or city, services of interest and any other details you choose to share. Phone number and event date are optional. Please do not include payment card details or sensitive personal information in your message.
How inquiry information is used
We use your details to respond to you, discuss availability, prepare a quote and coordinate the related conversation. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing and does not reserve an event date.
How long unbooked inquiries are kept
Unbooked inquiries are retained for 12 months after our last contact with you. While a conversation is active, we keep the inquiry; the 12-month period runs from the last contact.
Website and inquiry services
We use Framer to host this website, HoneyBook to collect and manage inquiries, Google Workspace for email, Cloudflare for domain services, and Google Analytics to understand website use. Our inquiry form is hosted by HoneyBook and uses Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection. These providers process information under their own privacy policies.
Analytics and your choices
This website uses Google Analytics to understand visits, pages viewed, traffic sources and general device information. Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings. The HoneyBook inquiry form has its own cookies and privacy information.
Requests and other websites
Email our team at info@2dxevents.com with privacy questions or a request about your information. We may need to verify that a request comes from the relevant person. Links to services such as Google and Yelp lead to websites with their own privacy practices.
Updates to this notice
We may update this notice when our website or practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Contact info@2dxevents.com with questions about this notice.
